Welcome back!

In today’s short post, we visit a common sight found in and around many harbors. They come in all shapes, sizes and conditions and many are somewhat luxurious.

The houseboat can be a very interesting structure and I have always wondered what life is like living in one, although they are not for me long term. As much as I love the water, I would never consider one to be home sweet home. But everyone has to live somewhere and this houseboat, as they say, looks lived in. Much like a house on land, it has the family car boat parked in the driveway. ;-)

  8. Very nice Jimi. Looks like this was shot on the SW waterfront during your trip to DC. I was there a few weeks ago and got nothing this good.

      Right you are, Mark!
I was there the evening before but there were too many people around the place so we simply had dinner and called it off. I returned the next morning (stayed across the bridge in Pentagon City) and grabbed some nice peaceful frames.
