The Sunlit Dock
Happy Monday, everyone.
I’m hoping you enjoyed the weekend and the newly arrived Spring season. It seems that just about everything is blossoming now, which makes for some beautiful scenes. Great time to be out capturing images.
Today I have another toned image, similarly processed to the “Riverside Stroll” previously posted. It’s a plain and simple image that I hope you enjoy.
This particular morning started off rather foggy but the sun burned away enough to make this capture possible before the light became too harsh. There remains some fog in the distance and the sky here, which actually helps with the overall color.
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderful day.

“Plain and simple” is often where it’s at, Jimi, when it comes to good photography! I love this…the tones, the silhouettes, the poles breaking the horizon….

Great colour tone to this image. The hint of sunburst at the top is a nice touch too.

Unusual toning for a seascape but it really works so well – sort of pseudo-sunrise. Placing the sunburst on the edge of the shot is neat. I love the composition. A great start to the week, Jimi.
