As the time continues to roll by briskly, we find ourselves near the close of another month.  It also reminds us here in the U S that we are entering the stretch run of the Summer season, yet there are so many things to do. No matter, I am very happy for the fun and experiences of 2012.

In the previous post we went poolside in Vegas where I provided a look at a few of the amenities of the MGM Grand’s swimming area. Today we take a short walk down Las Vegas Blvd to see one of the Mandalay Bay waterfall fountains. They have quite a few of them on that complex, included a couple featured here earlier. The best time to photograph these is early morning when the light is soft and the people are few. :-)

Shooting from a shady position during the morning allowed me to slow the shutter speed just enough to smooth out the water a little.
